Job Position: Engineering Manager - ElectricalJob Description:Purpose Of The Job:To ensure that all electrical equipment is maintained in good order and is of sufficient capacity to meet the demands in a hi-tech Poultry Processing Plant in Saudi Arabia.Personnel Profile:Academic / Professional Qualification - Essential:Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.Desirable:1) Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering.2) HACCP, GMP, SOP Certifications.Experience - Essential:1) Total of 10+ years, with a minimum of 7+ years in a managerial role leading a multi-skilled maintenance team in FMCG/Poultry/Food Manufacturing process Engineering.2) Experience in Poultry Processing Plant/Food Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical Industries is a pre-requisite.3) Experience in 13.8 KV (or above) power generation, synchronization of generators, repair and maintenance of alternators 2 MVA, 13.8 KV AC 60 HZ 3 phase, 13.8 KV switchgear/relay setting/transformer maintenance, HT cable termination and laying, SF6 power panel distribution with auto supervisory load sharing.Desirable:1) 10 years experience in a managerial role in a Poultry Processing Plant.2) Experience in complete servicing of all electrical and electronic equipment.3) Experience in servicing of motors, transformers, and variable drives.Areas Of Responsibility (AOR):1) Manage the electrical power station on the Poultry Processing Plant site to ensure power availability 24/7.2) Develop and implement a written preventive maintenance program for all electrical and electronic equipment throughout the site.3) Ensure that all electrical and electronic equipment is maintained, inspected, and serviced at intervals agreed with the Sr. Eng.
