Apply now to be part of this visionary project.NEOM, Saudi Arabia - NEOM, the futuristic mega-city project in Saudi Arabia, is hiring a Health System Design Manager.This key role is vital to transforming NEOM's healthcare landscape, aligning with the city's ambitious vision to provide exceptional health and wellbeing services to its pioneers, future residents, and visitors.The Health System Design Manager will support the Health Planning team in developing and implementing an integrated health and well-being system.This role is crucial in translating NEOM's health strategies and aspirations into practical workstreams and implementation plans.The manager will lead and deliver assigned projects, provide analytics, and offer technical support to capture data, compile reports, and analyze trends.Their expertise will project the evolving healthcare system components' demand, capacity, and performance.Transforming Healthcare at NEOMNEOM aims to revolutionize urban living, and healthcare is at the forefront of this transformation.The Health System Design Manager will collaborate closely with other sectors to formulate requirements and expectations on assets, equipment, and technical solutions, actively participating in the development stages of master plans and asset design projects.This role ensures that NEOM's healthcare infrastructure is innovative and sustainable, meeting the high standards set by the city's visionary goals.Responsibilities of the Health System Design ManagerSupport, develop, and deliver the division's strategy through hypothesis development, scenario testing, and feasibility studies.Prepare reports and presentations for the annual planning and budgeting cycle.Analyze and forecast health and wellbeing demands, translating them into high-level requirements for assets, equipment, and digital infrastructure.Adjust targets and implementation plans based on evolving master plans.Develop monitoring structures and processes for projects and activities.Lead and deliver assigned projects independently, proactively identifying risks while developing mitigation plans.Provide periodic progress reports on projects, highlighting challenges, risks, and mitigation strategies.Contribute to developing scope of work documents and support internal and external communications activities.Manage stakeholder feedback on issues, challenges, and unmet requirements, and develop action plans accordingly.Act as a role model for the sector, supervising and coaching team members to perform at their best.Qualifications and ExperienceTo be considered for this exciting role, candidates should have 10 years of experience in Strategy/Consulting, Business Analysis, or Project Management, with at least five years in healthcare and project management.A bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, applied mathematics, Finance/Economics, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or Medicine is required.A Master's Degree in Data or Health-related topics and a Diploma or Certificate in Project Management are beneficial.Stakeholder CollaborationInternally, the Health System Design Manager will collaborate with all Health Wellbeing and biotech divisions and other sectors and departments, such as Sport, Education, Food, Environment, Operations, Projects, and Technology and digital.Externally, the manager will interact with Healthcare Regulatory Authorities worldwide, health services providers, and external consultants.The Health System Design Manager will support analytics and technical support teams by capturing data, compiling reports to project trends, and analyzing the evolving healthcare system components' demand, capacity, and performance.This position offers a unique opportunity to participate in a visionary project that aims to redefine urban living and healthcare.If you are passionate about healthcare innovation and want to make a lasting impact, this role is for you.Join NEOM and help shape the future of health and well-being in one of the most exciting projects in the world.
