The Home Makers, PakistanReviewing construction drawings and preparing quantity requirements as per drawings.
Calculating material costs based on the calculated quantities.
Documenting any changes in design and updating the budget for given plans.
Preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and vetting all demands for construction material accordingly.
Comparing and vetting all bills against actual work at the site.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's/Diploma in quantity surveying with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Experience in residential and commercial construction estimating is a must.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
