Established in 2008, our client is the lead distributor for telecom services in Saudi Arabia. In a short period of time, they have firmly established themselves as a leading force, serving over 15 million satisfied subscribers and generating a healthy turnover.They are looking to hire a Procurement Manager who will be responsible for establishing and managing the sourcing of revenue products to achieve a reliable supply and the best purchase prices and terms for the company.ResponsibilitiesDevelop the business and technical requirements in collaboration with the business units and Supply chain.Involve and align the business functions and supply chain into the selection of vendors and business allocations.Maintain contracts in line with the company policies and procedures.Conduct negotiations with the vendors to secure the best purchase price and terms for the company.Establish business allocation and pricing processes to secure the best prices for the company.Conduct formal assessments of the different vendors and contracts based on the business units and supply chain feedback.Align with supply chain and the business units on any new product.Place purchase orders timely to the suppliers based on purchase requisitions from supply chain.Keep proper archiving of all purchase order documentation.Ensure all purchase orders are received timely and in full quantity.Follow up with the suppliers on the timely delivery of the goods.Track open purchase orders and ensure any issues are resolved timely.Conduct a regular assessment of the systems and processes for weaknesses, and make or suggest corrections to them if a significant weakness is identified.Deploy and enforce the supplier code of conduct.Develop the business and technical requirements for logistics services in collaboration with the business units and Supply chain.RequirementsArabic - Fluent / Excellent English - Fluent / ExcellentAdditional RequirementsOwn a Car: AnyHave Driving License: AnyJob SkillsYou should have the following experience/skills:At least 7 years of work experience, 5 years at a managerial level preferably in FMCG or Telecom.Saudi National ONLY.Written and verbal communication skills - Arabic & English.Teamwork and Bullhorn.Very good self-drive and motivation.Strong influencing and presenting abilities.Result orientation.About The CompanyReThink Recruitment is a full service business and technology recruitment consultancy that does things differently.
