Job details

To promote Health & Safety procedures, guidelines, awareness, knowledge, safe systems of work and implementation of H&S requirements at site as per Client / Country Regulations and Standards. Ensures compliance of Health &Safety as per Client / Country, provincial and municipal authorities. Maintain H&S records of each site with control and responsibility. Accompany with client/consultant audit team as and when required Follow up closure of client's observation for complete satisfaction of customer Keep a liaison with other country lead EHS/OHS engineers to track the H&S implementation Review and analyze client/lender's H&S requirements carefully and establish company deliverables at pre-mobilization and post award phases Prepare Health and safety related documentation required for business proposals as required by tender and other departments Meeting and presenting to client H&S documentation for approval Periodically review the H&S documentation in compliance with newer version of international standards Review of H&S Policy and procedures of Sub-contractors working at site as per Client requirement for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical works. Collect and share necessary data as required by department manager for operational reviews Prepares special audit and control reports during TSM management visit for Audit & Inspection, by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends. Ensure to communicates audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees. Conduct training programs at site as per departmental training plan or as required by need assessment Collect and share client H&S requirements with field team for client interviews and approvals Communicate effectively and professionally with sub-contractor management throughout the audit and inspection process with regards to developing a mutually effective audit & inspection work schedule, conducting audit & inspection status meetings. Manage conduct of external OHSAS audit at site and head office by maintaining all necessary records and their updating Act as internal audit champion to review the update the departmental risk assessment Prepare Weekly and Monthly H&S report for TSM management. Maintain records of all incidents/accidents and should report immediately to TSM department. Prepare, Execute and Evaluate Effective Training Program for the Blue Collar and White-Collar Staff. Ensure to submit reports about Near-miss, Unsafe Conditions, Unsafe Act, and acted to rectify. Ensure to collect Site Positive and Negative Observations. Visit and audit the sites on regular intervals to ensure H&S systems are being followed as per requirements of the Alfanar and client's standards Annual best project site audits to prepare best site rankings
