Eram Talent is currently seeking an experienced Environmental Stewardship Lead to join our team. As a leading talent acquisition consultancy, Eram Talent specializes in connecting top talent with reputable companies in various industries. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing environmental stewardship initiatives for our clients in Saudi Arabia.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement environmental stewardship strategies and programs to promote sustainable practices.

Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and standards.

Conduct environmental assessments and audits to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.

Lead and manage the implementation of environmental projects and initiatives.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and drive environmental programs and initiatives.

Monitor and report on environmental performance and progress towards sustainability goals.

Stay updated on emerging environmental trends and best practices.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in environmental stewardship or a related role.

Strong knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and standards.

Experience in developing and implementing environmental strategies and initiatives.

Excellent leadership and project management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
