Site Manager

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our clients team.Responsibilities Manage all aspects of various projects, including planning, organizing, and controlling project activities. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. Oversee and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, including clients and senior management. Manage and control project costs, including tracking expenses and negotiating contracts. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager in the transportation industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites.
