Job details
Manage smooth operations in service and B&P workshops Ensure efficiency and organization. Ensure Customer Satisfaction Monitor customer feedback and address complaints, ensuring regular updates are provided throughout the service or repair process. Staff Performance Management Track and improve technician, advisor, and staff performance with feedback, coaching, and regular reviews. Parts Management Ensure timely parts ordering, proper documentation, and efficient inventory handling to prevent repair delays. Meet Throughput & Revenue Targets Monitor workflow to meet service/repair targets and optimize revenue generation. Conduct Quality Control Oversee final inspections and quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards before delivery. Health & Safety Compliance Ensure all workshop activities follow safety protocols and regulations. Team & Resource Management Manage staff schedules, ensure sufficient manpower, and oversee the proper use of tools and equipment. Process Improvements (Gemba & Kaizen) Conduct regular Gemba walks and lead Kaizen projects to improve workflow and efficiency. Reporting Prepare and submit weekly performance reports on workshop operations, customer satisfaction, and financial targets to management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
