Key Responsibilities:

- Manage staff schedules, coordinate training, and support team members to maintain efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering to ensure the availability of ingredients and supplies.
- Serve as a key point of contact for staff and customers, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
- Level 4 or higher relevant qualification OR Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager in a similar environment
- Excellent communication and service skills
- Good computer literacy skills
