We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Finance Associate, to manage day-today accounting needs. To be successful in the role, you should have proficiency in the Indian Accounting system and its requirements, Indian GAAP and Tax Laws – Income Tax, TDS, GST, labour laws (PT, PF, ESIC, etc.). You should be proficient with MS Office and Tally Software and have strong communication skills and a customer service attitude. What You Will Do:

  • Administer accurate completion of the book of accounts & reporting systems by ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing monthly reports such as budgets, MIS, cash-flow forecasting, etc.
  • Handling & supporting Payroll & Compliance activities – TDS, PT, PF, and GST – Payments and filing of respective returns timely.
  • Managing and tracking the performance of the team. Maintaining an excellent rapport with every team member.
  • Developing strong and long-term client relationships and acting as the liaison between clients and account executives
  • Coordinating all the audit activities.
  • Take up leadership in strengthening communication and skill sets within the team.
  • Promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Who should apply? Must have:
  • Graduate in commerce, B.Com or MBA Finance or CA – semi-qualified or similar.
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in Accounting, Payroll & Compliance (APC) functions.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • An ability to understand and analyze financial transactions and various metrics.
  • Competency in ERPs, MS Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Ability to handle confidential information & good communication skills
