We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager– KSA - Western region / Central and Eastern region . The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving sales growth, managing Sales representatives, and leading a high-performing team to achieve strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement district sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve performance targets.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective territory management and customer engagement.
Prepare and present business reports and forecasts to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and increase market share.
