Working closely with the founders, you will research, discover, and curate content that reflects the spirit of counter-culture. You'll play a key role in building the platform from scratch, identifying brands, artists, and movements that align with our ethos. This is a hands-on role where your creative insight will directly influence the platform's growth and impact.Key Responsibilities:Research & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of trends by identifying and researching counter-culture movements, subcultures, and niche brands globally.Curation: Source and curate a diverse range of brands, artists, and creators that resonate with the platform's audience and philosophy.Content Creation: Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging, thought-provoking content that embodies the counter-culture spirit.Collaboration with Founders: Work directly with the founders on strategy, vision, and execution, contributing to the platform's direction and development.Community Building: Engage with and foster a vibrant community of like-minded individuals and creators.Platform Growth: Help shape the tone, identity, and overall growth strategy for the platform, ensuring it resonates with its target audience. Required Skills & Qualifications:Passion for Counter-Culture: A deep understanding of and passion for alternative cultures, subcultures, and niche brands.Research Savvy: Ability to identify emerging trends, conduct thorough research, and draw insights from various cultural movements.Creative Vision: A flair for storytelling and curating unique, out-of-the-box content that challenges the norm.Collaboration Skills: Experience working in close-knit teams, with an emphasis on communication, collaboration, and creative ideation.Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.Digital Savvy: Familiarity with online platforms, social media, and digital content creation tools.Nice to Have:Experience in media, fashion, or cultural sectors related to counter-culture.A strong network in creative, underground, or niche cultural spaces.Knowledge of the Bangalore or Indian creative scenes is a plus.This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a groundbreaking platform and influence its direction from day one.
