Team Lead Principal Accountabilities:1. Lead & train a team of Junior Bookkeepers2. Quality checks of Junior bookkeeper3. Report & produce financial statements on a regular basis4. Liaison with external accountant & CPA, if required5. Enforce HR policies for all staff members for the team assigned6. Handle client calls for all the clients assigned7. Other work duties related to the smooth functioning of the Bookkeeping department and office in general.Essential:1) 4-5 years Bookkeeping experience with working knowledge of QuickBooks/Xero/SAGE.2) Fluent English both oral & written to communicate with US/Canada based clients3) Knowledge of apps like Receipt Bank, Hubdoc, Bill.com, Shopify, Gusto, Plooto, etc preferable but not essentialQualifications:1) Masters Degree - CA, CPA Preferred2) Good Excel and MS Office skillsWork from office PRB
