Experience: 5-6 years Position Summary: As a Senior Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping our projects from initial design through to final construction. You will drive the creative vision, manage project execution, and ensure the delivery of exceptional architectural solutions that exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Design Excellence: Lead the architectural design process for luxury villa projects, creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs. • Project Oversight: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery from design inception to project completion. • Client Relations: Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert advice and incorporating feedback into the design process. • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of work throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of the design are executed to the highest standard. • Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and advanced solutions to our projects. Qualifications: • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. • Professional Experience: 5-6 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on luxury residential or villa projects. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and systems. • Leadership Ability: Proven experience in leading design teams and managing complex projects. • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and precision in design.
