About LoanTube:LoanTube is a growing fintech company that provides personal and business loans. As we are in the exciting phase of testing new products and rebuilding our app, we are looking for a creative and driven UI/UX Designer to join our team. The designer will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience by designing user journeys and building our new design system from the ground up.Role Overview:As a UI/UX Designer at LoanTube, you will be responsible for designing new user journeys and creating a robust design system to support the product's long-term scalability. You will collaborate closely with the product, development, and marketing teams to create intuitive, user-centric designs for our web and mobile applications. Your work will drive the look, feel, and functionality of our products as we rebuild and innovate.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the design of new user journeys across LoanTube's web and mobile platforms, ensuring an engaging and seamless user experience.• Build and maintain LoanTube's design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all user interfaces.• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with our product goals and brand identity.• Work with the product management and engineering teams to iterate on designs based on user research, testing, and feedback.• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.• Help shape the visual identity of our product as we rebuild the app, driving innovation in both the UI and UX of our offerings.• Stay informed about UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and share best practices with the team.Requirements:• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio demonstrating user-centric designs and system-building projects.• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.• Experience in building and managing design systems for web and mobile applications.• Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.• Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups for responsive design.• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.• A passion for creating intuitive, engaging, and accessible designs that solve complex problems.Nice to Have:• Experience working in fintech or on financial products.• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how design integrates with code.• Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with remote teams.
