Join us if you are passionate about making a significant impact, relish challenging problems, and want to be part of a culture that values excellence, innovation, and a good laugh along the way.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Managing the day-to-day photo editing operations, ensuring deadlines are met, projects are completed to high standards and ensuring clients are satisfied with the photo editing services provided.Work closely with managers, creative team leads, and other stakeholders to ensure images are edited to meet the desired creative vision.Select, retouch, color correct, and crop images, using software such as Photoshop and Lightroom, to produce high-quality final images.Ensure image library is well organized and up-to-date, and that images are properly tagged and cataloged for easy access.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques in photo editing and incorporate them into work processes where appropriate.Provide input into budget and resource planning for photo editing projects.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR - Bachelor's degree in photography, fine arts, or a related field.A minimum of 1 year experience in photo editing, with a proven track record of producing high-quality images.Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, as well as experience with other image editing software.Ability to perform standard real estate photo editing skills such as sky replacements, window masking, cord removals, add fires to fireplaces, add TV images to TV screens, etc.Should have the skills to perform color correction, adjust contrast, lighten images, calibrate saturation, correct perspective, clean windows, enhance the sky's blue hue, apply blur, remove irrelevant objects, and generate green grass.Strong attention to details and a keen eye for color, composition and image quality.Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Must be self-motivated and have a positive working attitude.Must be detail and deadline oriented.Teachable and open to learning and organized.Ability to work flexible shifts and 6 days a week to meet project timelines and client requirements.Minimum system requirements: RAM capacity of 16GB or greater.
