With our name and in our emblem, we embody this mission: to implement bold ideas with outstanding craftsmanship and create refined products for people with the highest expectations.MONTBLANCJob Title: Country Sales TrainerReporting to: Retail DirectorLocation: Riyadh, KSAMain PurposeThe Sales Trainer is responsible for the implementation of the training plan all year round according to the training calendar and directives from HQ and the Regional Office.Key ResponsibilitiesRegular training for the Maison employees (Boutiques, Wholesalers, Office staff).Product, Selling Techniques & Coaching Trainings in classroom, shop floor, and virtually.Responsible for teams' self-learning through management of Learning App MeApp!Support in maintenance of MeApp! - translations, onboarding, and off-boarding.Induction and Maison history Training for newcomers to the boutiques and office.Subject of the training: Product knowledge, Sales techniques, Displays and Presentations, CRM, Coaching, Ambassadors, and Digital.Setting the training plan and following up the objectives.Budget management of the training activities annually.DIMENSIONGeographical area under responsibility - KSA (full ownership) and GCC countries (Support).
