We are seeking an experienced PKI/HSM/Identity Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience managing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Hardware Security Modules (HSM), and identity management systems. This role involves ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of digital certificates and cryptographic keys, as well as overseeing identity and access management (IAM) processes.Key Responsibilities:

PKI Management:Design, implement, and maintain the organization's PKI infrastructure.Manage digital certificates, including issuance, renewal, revocation, and distribution.Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.Monitor PKI performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Conduct regular audits of the PKI environment to ensure security and compliance.Certificate Authority (CA) setup and management.Management of certificate policies and practices.Integration of PKI with various applications and services.HSM Management:Deploy and configure Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) from vendors like Thales and Atos to safeguard cryptographic keys.Manage the lifecycle of cryptographic keys, including generation, distribution, rotation, and destruction.Implement and enforce security policies related to HSM usage.Perform regular maintenance and updates on HSMs to ensure optimal performance and security.A thorough understanding and first-hand experience in Quorum based workflow.Identity and Access Management (IAM):Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures.Manage user identities and access privileges across various systems and applications.Monitor and respond to identity-related security incidents and breaches.Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing infrastructure.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST.Security and Compliance:Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses related to PKI, HSM, and IAM.Implement best practices for secure key management and identity protection.Provide guidance and training to internal teams on PKI, HSM, and IAM-related topics.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and identity management.Assist in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Over 8 years of experience with PKI, HSM, and IAM technologies and practices.Past experience with technology from vendors such as Thales and Atos.Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or relevant vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer, CompTIA Security+).Strong problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of cybersecurity principles.Expertise in cryptography, cipher/decipher processes, digital certificates, certificate authorities, and OCSP (Online Certificate Status Protocol).Familiarity with security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST).Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation purposes.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage complex systems.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage complex deployments and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Experience in documenting processes and maintaining detailed records.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud-based PKI and IAM solutions (e.g., AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault).Knowledge of identity federation and single sign-on (SSO) technologies.Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) tools.Understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in identity management.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Professional development and certification reimbursement.Flexible working hours and remote work options.Employee wellness programs and resources.#J-18808-Ljbffr
