About the role
As Senior Corporate Planning Analyst, you will be working within the Corporate Planning (CP) team, tasked with jointly developing medium and long-term strategic initiatives, and handling day-to-day functions and ad-hoc tasks. The Senior Analyst will gather and validate data or other information, both internally within CP and between departments. Within a complex data environment, tasks will involve a combination of sound analytic processing and market research to support informed decision-making within CP. You will formulate recommendations to management, steer decision making, and represent CP on departmental cross-functional initiatives.
This role falls under Alliance and Partnerships.
Additional key accountabilities include:
Understanding of Network Planning, Scheduling, and Airport Commercials.
Analyze short-term and long-term network plans and identify opportunities with potential airport partners.
Partner Relationship management.
Reviews of Airport Charges.
Negotiating incentives resulting in cost savings.
Lead and coordinate meetings, both internal and external as required.
Analyze Route Performance and seek opportunities to negotiate incentives for weak performing routes.
Effective tracking of incentives with Finance and Accounts team.
Evaluate Published Schemes and existing contracts and ensure implementation and coordination with all stakeholders.
Contract negotiations and reviews.
Qualifications
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Corporate Planning Team.
Minimum qualification of bachelor's degree or equivalent is essential.
4+ years of job-related experience with comprehensive understanding of commercial aviation economics, strategic planning, and business management.
Knowledge of principles of network planning, scheduling, and partnerships.
Ability to perform detailed analysis in Excel.
Ability to perform data mining, review, and interpret market research and/or reports.
Ability to produce management-ready presentations using MS PowerPoint.
