The ideal candidate will be someone who lives and breathes content creation, is always up to date on trends and innovations and has a creative mindset of digital first. They are passionate about social behaviors and social trends that can be translated into creative work that exceeds clients and agency expectations.Present well thought out creative social ideas to Creative leads and Clients and execute themKeep work on budget and on scheduleHave up to date Social FluencyProvide rationale and education to clients on new social content formatsOngoing curiosity about new social media and how it can be used in intelligent ways to elevate our clients' brands and win businessProvide proactive POVs on the evolving social content landscapeMaintaining a high level of motivation keeping a positive attitude, focused, and on trackA willingness to roll up their sleevesBeing self-motivated, hard-working, well organized, and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverablesWorks well under pressure and is capable of remaining focused despite rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlinesCollaboration with Social Strategy, Social Marketing, and Account teamsCreation and development of concepts through executionOversee content for all social brand channels (i.e.: Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Reddit, etc.)Receive and apply constructive feedback, push past your comfort zoneCreate and source visual content (photo, video, gifs)Keeping the work on brand and on strategy—asking questions if something is not clearPropose real-time content based on social media trends and relevant social conversationsConcept, design and execute high quality content. Making sure message is always clear, consistent and freshWork with Motion Design to create video / interactive / animated content for social and other digital platformsQualificationsThe ideal candidates will have:Passion from Entertainment categoryAttention to detail across a volume of work2 + years of experience (creative agency, digital marketing or consulting)Experience in corporate advertising a plusExceptional eye for artMaintaining a high level of motivation keeping a positive attitude, focused, and on trackA willingness to roll up their sleevesParticipation and success in client pitchesReports to the Creative Director/ Head of Social
