- Work closely with the research team to design and optimize innovative material and metamaterial structure for maximum RCS reduction. Investigate different metamaterial topologies and materials to achieve adaptable performance.
- Fabricate material and metamaterial prototypes and conduct thorough testing to validate performance under various conditions.
- Operate and maintain specialized measurement equipment, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection.
- Analyze and interpret research data, providing valuable insights to the team.
- Collaborate on the preparation of research papers and grant proposal writing, as well as contributing to technical reports and documentation.
- Maintain a well-organized and safe laboratory environment, adhering to research protocols and safety guidelines.

**Preferable research experiences**
- Experience: Strong background in metamaterial design, simulation, and measurement.
- Technical Skills: Ability to develop and analyze metamaterials utilizing electromagnetic simulation tools and software (e.g., Ansys HFSS, CST Microwave Studio).
- Knowledge: Experience with multi-scale heterogeneous integration methods and materials is advantageous.
- Research Experience: A proven track record of relevant research projects, publications in reputable journals, and conference presentations in the field of metamaterials design.
- Team player: Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, physicists, and material scientists.
