This is an extraordinary opportunity to join our team.ROLE: Teens Club AnimatorWe are seeking a creative and energetic Teens Club Animator to join our hotels entertainment team. As a Teens Club Animator you will be responsible for organizing and leading engaging activities and programs for teens staying at our hotel. Your role is crucial in creating a fun and safe environment where guests can play, learn, and make friends while their parents relax.WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:Plan, organize, and execute a variety of age-appropriate activities and games for children ensuring they are entertaining and educational.Welcome teens and their families providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.Supervise guests during activities to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area ensuring it is safe and inviting.Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate special events and themed activities.Uphold hotel policies and procedures particularly those related to child safety and guest satisfaction.Assist in promoting Kids Club activities and events to hotel guests through various channels.Requirements:Proven experience in recreational activities preferably in a hotel/resort setting.Ability to engage children of various ages through creative and stimulating activities.Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with children and parents.Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with teens.Basic first aid and CPR certification (preferred).Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.Qualifications:Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or 1 year experience in a 4-5 star hotel.Remote Work:NoEmployment Type:Full-time
