Then we would like to meet you!The Customer Supply Chain Management organization is positioned with the ASML Customer Service sector. Our mission is: Deliver material to our Customers in the Field on time, in full, and at the right quality and cost.CSCM focuses on 4 key items:Demand management: ensure all Field Demand is captured (at end-item level, e.g. SLA or FCO etc.) across all horizons (e.g., call-off via SO or capability set-up via 2-year forecast).Supply monitoring: oversee whether agreed Supply is actually coming into the Field Network and initiate actions when required to close gaps.Operational Excellence: manage the (material in) the Network as efficiently as possible. That is, focus on correct and most efficient Inventory flow. For example, by moving material within the network based on risk assessments, or by making sure that stagnated material is brought back to usable stock.Cost Control: ensure we stay in budget and are able to achieve our long term financial plans.The CSCM Central Operations Support team is responsible for steering and aligning Performance, Process and Portfolio management across CSCM Central and Field organizations.Role and ResponsibilitiesAs project manager, you are responsible for planning & delivering within the agreed scope, time & resource budgets.Key responsibilities:You define the project plan according to our project methodology in collaboration with project owner, architect, senior users and senior suppliers.You organize the project governance - where applicable synchronized with existing program governance structures.You ensure your project plan is integrated into the change the business portfolio.You build and steer your project team.You organize program delivery and drive business benefit realization.You are part of the CSCM Operations support team. In this relatively new department, you are expected to actively participate in team set-up and contribute to the maturity step-ups of the department.SkillsTo be successful you need to have a broad skillset:Business leader; you shape and drive the improvements needed to realize the benefits of your project, in close collaboration with the business owner and key stakeholders. You have the ability to work from a broad scope, integrating people, processes, capabilities, technologies, and the essential details at the same time. Continuous Improvement & Process oriented mindset.Stakeholder manager; you are able to create and maintain a trusted network on all levels of the organization. You have a high level of interpersonal and organizational sensitivity.Organization skills; you structure, plan and manage a project organization. You are able to thrive in a multi-cultural environment with a global footprint. Self-starter with drive, enthusiasm and persistence.People management required to steer, motivate and coach your teams. You have empathy and ability to "read" people; understand values and motives that drive behavior.Collaboration with central & field business management as well as other sectors and change initiatives is key to your success.Education and ExperienceMaster degree in business administration, industrial engineering or technical area.Required experience:Over 3 years of Project Management experience, preferably combined with relevant experience in managing and implementing change in large, decentralized organizations.Over 3 years of business experience in different roles in a Customer Support, Supply Chain or similar environment including operational responsibilities and with a clear process improvement mindset.Preferred:Extensive experience in ASML is an explicit advantage.Experience in Agile way of working is an advantage.Additional job-related knowledge and/or managerial experience: operational (hands-on) experience in Service, Logistics, (Lean) manufacturing and/or industrial engineering environment.Experience in consultancy in high-tech and/or service environments.Diversity and inclusionASML is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
