As a Learning Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and developing effective learning solutions for our employees and clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of £35,000 per year and an opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.Responsibilities:Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives.Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs, courses, and materials using instructional design principles and methodologies.Utilize course development tools and technologies to create interactive and multimedia-rich learning experiences.Apply instructional design concepts to design and sequence learning activities, assessments, and evaluations.Research and incorporate the latest industry trends and best practices in learning and development.Create and update learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, presentations, job aids, and other training materials.Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators.Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to support the delivery and administration of training programs.Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators in delivering effective training sessions.Stay updated with emerging learning technologies and tools, and explore innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a Learning Specialist, Instructional Designer, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and learning methodologies.Proficiency in course development tools and technologies, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills to design engaging and impactful learning experiences.Experience in creating content for technical and IT-related training programs is a plus.Join Newotion IT Solutions LTD and contribute to the development of high-quality learning solutions that empower our employees and clients.
