French speaking Sales Manager

We are currently recruiting for a French speaking Sales Manager on behalf of a client in Rotterdam. They are looking for someone with experience selling manufacturing products, ideally in the heating, ventilation and aircon industry. The Sales Manager will lead the implementation of their sales strategy across numerous distribution outlets in Europe by establishing key relationships with distributors and vendors. They will also be responsible for training sales staff at product distribution outlets and ensuring stock levels are maintained across all regions. The ideal candidate will speak French fluently, and ideally German or Dutch. Candidates must have experience selling a physical product rather than a service. They must also be committed to extensive travel across Europe. It essential that candidates can demonstrate their personal contributions and achievements from previous employment. The base salary is around 50,000€ depending on experience and there is an uncapped commission structure. Responsibilities: Implement sales strategy through the training of staff at various outlets across Europe.Ensure all sites are adequately stocked and managed.Pitch and present the companies products to new and existing clients in the region.Take part in company exhibitions to demonstrate product ranges to customers.Participate in trade shows.Prepare and present intelligence reports to the Directors. What we're looking for: Fluent French speakerIdeally German and/or Dutch language skills.Previous experience in HVAC or other manufacturing.Demonstrable success in previous sales roles.Long term commitment to the role.Excellent organisation and leadership skills.
