Compensation and Benefits Manager Our client based in North Dublin are seeking an experience Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities include: Execution of Comp & Bens processes across Ireland and Internationally. Creation of incentive plans Ongoing evaluation and assessment of compensation and benefits programmes Implementation of Career frameworks and benchmarking. Supporting Head of Reward with Reward strategy. Overseeing performance of team of 2 C&B Business Partners. Development of effective governance processes and controls across all compensation and benefits activities. Building relationships with senior stakeholders to support achievement of business objectives. Requirements: 5-10 years in a senior Comp & Bens role. Must come from a large / matrix organisation.
