Senior Machine Learning/ai Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning/AI Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field to join our remote team. As a Machine Learning/AI Engineer at edgeops.ai, you will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying machine learning models tailored to optimize operational processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain machine learning solutions that drive actionable insights and deliver tangible value to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex operational challenges.
2. Develop and train object detection and object tracking models, and deploy these models.
3. Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate machine learning capabilities into existing systems and applications.
4. Conduct data analysis and pre-processing to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
5. Design and execute experiments to evaluate model performance and refine algorithms for continuous improvement.
6. Optimize machine learning workflows and pipelines for scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
7. Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and methodologies.
8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
9. Experience with Android/iOS model deployment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in machine learning, with a proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
4. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical techniques, and data structures.
5. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address complex challenges.
7. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
