Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting the (Senior) Digital Engagement Manager for APAC to implement a digital engagement plan and strategy to deliver against digital engagement and conversion goals for 12 markets in APAC.
  • Support the implementation of the APAC website roadmap, planning activities and resources appropriately and managing any delivery risk.
  • Work with the team to drive owned media traffic and conversion on the websites including organic traffic via SEO, job alert sign ups, website account creation and update.
  • Coordinate and manage the testing in UAT or other test environments for site content and functionalities.
  • Carry out PVT testing on the sites after a go-live or functional/bug fix deployment.
  • Support any website content updates for all marketing campaigns, SEO or as required by the business.
  • Understand search engine algorithms including indexing, ranking criteria and technical analysis.
  • Act as an expert contact/trainer for the channel and marketing teams on anything related to the websites and/or new functionalities.
  • Partner with the Global Digital CRO specialist to deliver experiments and journey tests via Google Optimizely and MXO.
  • Have a good understanding of the website infrastructure and how we can optimise the user experience with the use of templates.
  • Leverage our digital reporting capability to assess site performance, troubleshoot issues, and make optimisation recommendations.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in terms of content creation, images upload, for SEO and accessibility.
  • Create documents and guides & communicate to make sure processes are followed.
  • Liaise with the developers via live support, email, Jira and/or Microsoft Teams to ensure defects are logged, followed-up and fixed.
  • Analyse website traffic and user behaviour to make data-driven recommendations for website enhancement and development.
  • Being customer-focused and ensuring a best-in-class user experience across all APAC websites.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluency in English and an additional language is a plus (Mandarin or Japanese).
  • 3-6 years of experience in managing owned digital properties and platforms including content management systems (Drupal preferred) and SEO.
  • Ideally previous experience in Shared Services, and collaborating with global and local teams remotely.
  • Ability to deliver an engaging and effective digital customer experience through knowledge of CX, UX and design thinking principles.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Optimizely and experience with setting up A/B tests.
  • Experience and understanding of digital analytics, GA4 preferred.
  • Working experience with Jira or other project management tools.
  • Working experience with SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide strategic recommendations motivated by data.
  • Experience working in an international multi-brand company with multiple stakeholders is advantageous.
  • Problem solving capabilities and a positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
