Senior WordPress Developer

WordPress Developer Number of Positions: 2 Location: OneSolTech, Rani Arcade 3. F Block. Satellite Town, Rawalpindi Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:00 pm to 2:30 am in summers, 7:00 pm to 3:30 am in winters, Pakistan Standard Time) Salary Range: 60,000 PKR to 120,000 PKR Job Description: We are seeking talented and experienced WordPress Developers to join our dynamic team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for crafting and maintaining high-quality websites, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in custom WordPress development, with proficiency in AWS, Docker, GIT, and DevOps as a significant advantage. Responsibilities:

1. Designing and implementing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
2. Conducting thorough code reviews to maintain code quality.
3. Collaborating with the design and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.
4. Optimizing websites for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to WordPress and server infrastructure.
6. Utilizing AWS services for hosting, deployment, and maintenance.
7. Implementing Docker for containerization of applications.
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
9. Participating in client meetings and communication, providing technical insights and recommendations.
10. Demonstrating proficiency in GIT version control.
11. Embracing and contributing to DevOps practices for continuous integration and continuous delivery.

Requirements:

1. 3-4 years of proven experience in custom WordPress development.
2. 3-4 years of proven experience working on WordPress Themes, specifically, Divi, Elementor, etc.
3. Strong expertise in AWS, Docker, GIT, and DevOps practices.
4. Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
5. Experience in responsive web design.
6. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with clients on calls.
7. Solid understanding of web security best practices.
8. Ability to work effectively in a night shift.

Must Have:

1. Deep understanding and experience working on Load balancers.
2. AWS Cloudfront
3. AWS RDS
4. Setting up Lamp-stack servers on EC2 instances (Apache2, Nginx)

Bonus Skills:

1. Experience with Shopify Development.
2. Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as WooCommerce.
3. Familiarity with other CMS platforms.
4. Knowledge of additional programming languages (Python, Ruby, etc.).
