Your new role As the Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to create and monitor budgets, ensuring financial stability and growth.
- Cost Analysis: Analyse project costs, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and managing tax filings.
- Oversee Payroll during period of absence
- Financial Audits: Assist with internal and external audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or CA qualification preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
