As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with domain expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help us build AI-powered products and solutions in the CPaaS space. Job Description: As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in AI for CPaaS, you will play a critical role in shaping the development of our AI-driven products and services. You will work closely with product development, engineering, and business teams to define requirements, identify market trends, and ensure the successful launch of innovative AI-based solutions. Your deep knowledge of the AI landscape will help us stay ahead in this rapidly evolving industry. KEY DELIVERABLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES AI Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap for AI-powered features in our CPaaS offerings, such as AI-backed contact centers, conversational bots, predictive analytics, and sentiment analysis tools. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging AI technologies and trends, providing insights into how these can be applied to enhance our CPaaS products. Requirement Gathering: Liaise with key stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements for AI product development, translating business needs into technical specifications. Competitive Analysis: Analyze the competitive landscape within both the AI and CPaaS industries, identifying gaps and opportunities for new product launches or feature enhancements. Data-Driven Insights: Use data analysis tools to gather insights on user behavior, product performance, and market adoption, informing product improvements and AI model optimizations. Pre-Sales & Client Engagement: Support pre-sales teams by providing AI product expertise and ensuring customers understand the value and application of AI features within our CPaaS platform. Product Launch Support: Work with marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth product launches, helping develop go-to-market strategies and ensuring all AI-related products meet market needs. Documentation & Communication: Create detailed product documentation, including business use cases, technical specifications, and process flows, ensuring clarity for both internal and external stakeholders. Innovation Leadership: Serve as the AI thought leader within the organization, keeping teams informed of AI advancements, launches, and potential opportunities in the CPaaS space. Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Domain Expert, with a focus on AI products and technologies. In-depth knowledge of the CPaaS industry and a strong understanding of AI applications within communications platforms (e.g., AI-driven IVR, chatbots, sentiment analysis, and virtual assistants). Proven track record of successful AI product development and product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch. Strong understanding of emerging AI technologies, such as machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and their real-world applications in the CPaaS ecosystem. Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms, such as Google AI, AWS AI/ML, Microsoft Azure AI, and open-source AI libraries. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data and AI models into actionable business strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and present AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying product opportunities within AI and CPaaS. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of cloud-based communication solutions (SMS, Voice, IVR, OBD) and how AI enhances these services. Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience working with agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar. Prior experience collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams in a fast-paced technology environment.
