Minimum Requirements1 to 3 years of experience working in a student-related department in a reputable universitySkills / Training / KnowledgeExcellent communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to tactfully and politely deal with difficult customer situationsAppreciation of cultural diversityFluent in Arabic and EnglishJob ResponsibilitiesProvide students with tutoring services to support their academic successEnsure students' ongoing successful progress to completion of degree programEnsure timely follow-up with student inquiriesCoordinate between students and academic advisorsOrient new students to online tools, such as student portalProvide academic assistance and support to studentsMonitor students at academic risk and enforce attending tutoring sessionsCollect evidence for the activities that support studentsProvide accurate information to students on academic policies and procedures, in areas of registration, study plan, academic probation, attendance, and advising
