Manage and maintain executive's schedule and calendar, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and ensure that all messages are responded to in a timely manner. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials. Manage and maintain executive's files and records, ensuring that all documents are organized and easily accessible. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Act as a liaison between the executive and other staff members, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, providing support and contributing to their successful completion. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulations to provide informed support and advice to the executive.
