Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.Professional certifications in customer service and conflict management are preferable.Experience and Skills:Good knowledge of all office systems and office administration.Technical knowledge of the systems within the L5 meeting rooms, including projectors, TVs, and Wi-Fi systems.Knowledge of security systems for commercial towers.Familiarity with Visitor Management Systems.Preferred knowledge in Visitor Management and associated registration systems.Understanding of customer service skills.Proficient in English.
