As a Food Technologist you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of food products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products meet consumer demands, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities: Conduct research and development of new food products, including formulating recipes and improving existing ones. Analyze food samples to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Test product stability, shelf life, and sensory attributes. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand consumer trends and preferences. Documentation of all processes, formulations, and findings to ensure traceability and compliance. Stay updated with food technology trends, regulations, and market demands. Work with suppliers to source quality ingredients and materials. Conduct training sessions for production staff on new processes and ingredients. Support the quality assurance team in addressing any product concerns. Perform any other related job duties as requested by the supervisor. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in food product development or quality assurance. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards. Proficiency in laboratory techniques and food analysis. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
