Responsibilities Collaborate with area managers and WH managers to conduct regular training needs assessments for retail, office, and warehouse teams. Design and implement comprehensive learning programs tailored to the specific needs of each department. Develop training materials, modules, and resources for both in-person and online learning. Identify key skills required for success in each department and create targeted training initiatives. Implement skill development programs to enhance employee competencies. Collaborate with managers to address performance gaps and implement relevant training interventions. Conduct in-store and virtual training sessions as needed. Collaborate with external trainers or vendors for specialized training programs. Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve learning initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field At least 3 years of experience in training and development, with a track record of creating and implementing successful training programs. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of all levels. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with a variety of training methods and technologies, including e-learning, virtual classroom, and gamification. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and other training-related software is a plus.
