Job OverviewThis role is an integral part of the HR team within the Country Human Resources Function. In close collaboration with HR and Country Operations Leadership, as an embedded HR partner with focus on Emiratization, related regulations and compliance. The Human Resources Associate works closely with Line Management to anticipate, plan, advise on & execute key nationalization targets and deliverables. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about company and business units, business plans, culture and competition. Responsible for a variety of HR duties as needed to include, but not limited to HR generalist responsibilities, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, performance management, workforce planning and talent management.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate leadership, ethical behavior, and adherence to Weatherford's standards at all timesProvide guidance and coaching on HR policies and proceduresConduct exit interviews and make recommendations for continuous improvementSupport priorities and requirements with cross-functional teams based on business and resource needsHighly proficient in all Microsoft Office toolsExperience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and EngagementConfident decision-maker with the ability to challenge managers when requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player with a collaborative mindsetRequirementsAs part of Weatherford's commitment to Emiratization project, we require UAE Nationals for this role with a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience and a University/College degree.SHRM/HRCI Certification preferredHR experience within the Oil & Gas sector is an advantage
