As the Privado Assistant Manager, your leadership will foster an engaged team of service professionals who bring our elevated service standards to life - and turn moments into memories for our guests.Reporting to the Privado Rooms Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Responsible for all aspects of guest service and satisfaction for the Privado VillasLead and manage the Privado team to promote an environment of respect, collaboration, and accountabilityTrack and forecast Privado food & beverage volume dailyMaintain oversight of guest billing and accountingDevelop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure guest loyaltyDemonstrate strong and effective written and verbal communication with all other departments, highlighting guest requirements to ensure the proper level of service is delivered at all timesHandle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areasMaintain oversight of inventory for Privado food & beverage as well as hotel collateral, place orders as neededOversee room conditions, working alongside Housekeeping and Engineering leadership to ensure routine maintenance in accordance with standards for superior qualityAssist with the screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new colleaguesBalance operational, administrative, and colleague needsFollow department policies, procedures, and service standardsFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedQualifications1-2 years of leadership experience in a role within hotel operations requiredHotel Rooms or Food & Beverage division experience preferredPrior experience in a AAA Five-Diamond or Forbes-rated hotel preferredPrior experience within a luxury environment preferredEntrepreneurial skills and attributes preferredPrevious hotel Property Management System experience preferredA polished professional with exceptional presentation and a mature dispositionAbility to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteousProven leadership skills which support an environment of colleague development, interdepartmental teamwork, and a passion for unrivaled customer servicePossesses the following qualities: self-motivated, proactive, calm under pressure, effective problem solving, strong attention to detail, and follow-throughExcellent communication skills including written, verbal, body language, facial expressions, telephone and interpersonal and leadership skillsAdditional InformationYour team and working environment:A team of Heartists that are committed to working together, supporting each other, and providing the best guest experience, Feel Valued, Feel Sparked, We Are One.Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit, and promote diverse talent.Why work for Accor?We are far more than a worldwide leader.
