With food and nightlife venues spread across eight different locations on the property, there is nothing like Mondrian Doha in the entire region.Job DescriptionA Director of Operations serving Mondrian Doha is always working on behalf of our guests and with other team members. To successfully fill this role, you must possess the following qualifications, attitude, behaviours, skills, and values:A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalentStrong commercial acumen, preferably with experience in Food and BeverageExperience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting resultsIn-depth knowledge of the Lifestyle/leisure / Food and beverage service sectorStrong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance and exceed targetsAccountable and resilientAbility to work under pressureQualificationsIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:2 to 3 years of Experience in a similar roleWith a Strong Food and Beverage backgroundExperience in Luxury Lifestyle brandHigh degree of professionalism with a strong understanding of hotel operations and business acumen
