Commercial and Contract Manager - Associate Directors & Senior Associate DirectorYou will offer commercial and contractual expertise to a variety of organisations. Projects range from transport, utilities, and resources through to landmark buildings. As a senior member of our team, you will take ownership over clients and manage their day to day needs. You will be expected to lead other CCi employees, and this can often extend to managing client teams and mentoring their employees.We find that people who have hands-on experience of delivering projects throughout their career are exactly what our clients need. You will enjoy the stakeholder management element of your role and possess the ability to engage with and influence people from different backgrounds and disciplines.A qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related disciplineA minimum of 10 years industry experience working for a construction or engineering contractor and/or specialist claims consultancyProject experience is essentialExcellent letter and report writing skillsThe ability to communicate clearly and concisely to a non-technical audienceThe ability to process, model and present large data setsA capacity for analytical thinking and problem solvingAn ability to cut through the noise, and work with a variety of people to achieve the correct outcomes for the client or projectCCi is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
