You will work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to deliver person-centred services to enhance participation and independence, empowering people with a disability to live a full life and achieve their goals.Reporting to the Manager, Consultancy Services you will have key responsibilities in implementing an evidence-based approach in supporting clients.The successful person will need to be able to develop individualised strategies that are responsive to the person's needs and are in line with their goals.The successful person must have a positive attitude and be adaptive and flexible to the changing needs of clients and the business.
