Using your skills in both administration and project coordination you will assist our Wollongong Consultants (and wider team) to deliver comprehensive, professional, and seamless administration and project support.This is a flexible position which we are open to both part time (3 days minimum) to full-time position based at the Innovation Campus in North Wollongong.Key ResponsibilitiesJob tasks and responsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Proactively assisting in the daily running of the office, including mail, deliveries, office orders, room bookings, dealing with building services and general housekeeping and tidying.Assist in coordinating events and activities for the office, including client meetings, SLR sponsored industry events and office social events.Assisting with entering and tracking office vehicle log book details and office expenses.Assist with office health and safety management, first aid coordination for the office, including visitor sign in, office safety checks, maintaining safety equipment (i.e. fire extinguishers), office vehicle maintenance and reporting within the QSR system.Assisting project managers in drafting proposals and tenders including; compiling, reviewing, formatting and submission of documents.Assistance with deliverables, including MS Word formatting, collation of information, scanning and binding.Travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and assisting with staff expense claims.General support to the Office Manager, other managers and technical support staff as required.Skills and experienceYou will need to have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role with proven experience in these areas. Experience within consulting / professional services or an interest in an environmental solutions firm will be advantageous.The ideal candidate will have:Great organisational skills/multitasking abilities.Positive attitude with an energetic approach to tasks with proven ability to take the initiative.Advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).Proven experience with administration and project coordination.Professional presentation and working within a professional environment.Job benefits and perksOur culture is unique in that we work together to collaborate on projects to get the best possible outcome for our clients.
