You can learn more about EG at the link below: EG WebsiteAbout the Role - 12 month Fixed Term ContractThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced event professional to join a highly reputable business that encourages career progression and offers excellent rates. You will be responsible for logistically managing a variety of events for EG, including awards ceremonies, conferences, and meetings both in the UK and overseas. You will work with events, sales, and marketing teams to produce world-class events that are targeted by revenue, strategic-growth, and lead generation.Responsibilities:Develop and curate innovative event programs that align with EG's goals and target audience, with the support of the Editorial team and Head of Events.Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and secure high-quality speakers and performers.Research industry trends to introduce new ideas and formats that enhance the attendee experience.Produce individual event budgets and P&Ls. Communicate effectively with finance and Head of Events to ensure that all events are delivered within budget.Own and manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, supplier coordination, and on-site management.Develop detailed event timelines, floor plans, and production schedules to ensure smooth delivery.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as risk management protocols.Collaborate with the Event Marketing Manager and team to develop and execute event marketing strategies that drive attendance and engagement.Assist in the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and social media content.Work closely with the sales team to deliver on partnership proposals. Lead on communication with partners to ensure efficient follow-up.Run events onsite and take full responsibility for operations.Manage post-event debriefs.Requirements:Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.Outstanding customer service.Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry is an advantage.Experience in curating content for both B2B and B2C events, conferences, exhibitions, and large-scale events.Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of event planning and execution are thoroughly managed.Creative problem-solving ability and can remain calm under pressure.At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, having diverse employees with different perspectives is key to creating innovative new products for our global customers.
