As a Sr. Product Manager, you take the lead in the PM-team and are responsible for the lifecycle and financial goals of our assortment. With Good(s)Factory, we focus on the discount channel, create private label ranges for major retailers, and develop in/out promotions. This PM role contains a lot of marketing activities but is also about maintaining a close relationship with the Sales team, ensuring the best outcome for the customer. You are ambitious and not scared of taking on big goals together with the team. You will work closely with the other Product Manager, ensuring Good(s)Factory can take the next steps in its success.
What will be your mission?
As a project lead within the commercial business team, you ensure that projects are carried forward and take responsibility for timing, budget, and content. In this role, you will report to the Head of Good(s) Factory.
What will be your responsibilities?
Translate and finetune the strategy into concrete plans and goals.
Start-up and drive customer-focused optimization projects.
Stay updated, analyze, and share information within the team on the product offer of competitors, prospects, and customers within the relevant channels.
Analyze sales results and share with stakeholders.
Work with the two Sales Managers (BNL / International) to ensure the best product offer for each individual customer.
Oversee packaging and POS materials for customer-specific (private label) products/orders.
Spot trends, opportunities, and benchmark competition.
Lead the PM team (1 PM and 1 DTP packaging specialist).
Contact, update, align, and check with internal stakeholders.
What do you bring?
HBO working and thinking level, for instance through marketing or business studies.
Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language (German and French language is an advantage).
Min. 5 years of related working experience, preferably in non-food.
Private label experience/discount channel experience is a plus.
Cost-driven, collaborative, and experienced in working in an international environment.
Good knowledge of SAP-SD is an advantage.
