Auto Masters has built a reputation for high quality customer service and workmanship. We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly team at our Welshpool Store.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Supervise the effective operation of the workshop and ensure that all staff are supported and able to meet KPIs and sales targets.
  • Create and maintain strong customer, client and supplier relationships.
  • Manage and report on the weekly and monthly KPI’s and targets to head office.
  • Use your knowledge and understanding of brands and products to promote them accordingly.
  • Abide by our Quality Assurance System.
  • Ensure a safe, clean working environment for staff and customers.

ABOUT YOU

  • A hardworking mindset with a genuine passion for the cars, mechanics, and the automotive industry.
  • Provide a genuine service and lead by example to create lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers.
  • At least two (2) years recent experience in managing an automotive service centre or equivalent and a proven track-record in sales within the automotive industry is desirable.
  • Trade qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • WA Driver’s licence.
  • Must reside in Western Australia and be a Permanent Resident or a Citizen.
