We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Technician Manager to join our team and oversee operations in the plaster room. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing teams and operations in the plaster room, as well as a background working as a dental technician. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all activities in the plaster room, ensuring efficient and high-quality operations. - Supervise and lead a team of dental technicians, providing guidance and support as needed. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of tasks. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Oversee inventory management and procurement of supplies for the plaster room. Qualifications: - Proven experience in managing teams and operations in a dental laboratory, with a focus on the plaster room. - Background as a dental technician with a deep understanding of dental prosthetics and appliances. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
