*Job Title: Sales Representative – Automotive Garage Equipment *– Regina, S.K. We are looking for a Regina based, full-time Outside Sales Representative to join our Lift Division in Saskatchewan. The responsible territory will be Southern Saskatchewan, and the entire province of Manitoba. This is a remote role, but the ideal candidate must reside in Regina. This position is perfect for a highly driven and responsible individual interested in a career selling automotive and heavy-duty lifts, alignment machines, wheel service equipment, lubrication equipment, vehicle damage detection cameras, and more. The ideal candidate would also possess technical experience in automotive garage equipment. *Responsibilities:** Sourcing, cold-calling, and developing new business leads. * Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects. * To work remotely and schedule themselves accordingly, with consistent and frequent communication with other team members. * Conducting sales presentations to prospective clients to demonstrate the functionality and advantages of our automotive lifts, and garage equipment. * Providing product demonstrations, operational training, and follow up with clients as needed. * Ensuring all communication with new or existing customers is logged into our operating system. * Preparing sales forecasts and reports. * Offering professional, effective and efficient solutions for customer inquiries and concerns. * Providing guidance on pricing, and competitiveness. * Participating in trade shows, or associated product meetings and new training whenever necessary. * Collaborating with lift technicians to provide technical support to our customers for automotive lifts, wheel servicing equipment, and other garage equipment, including installations and equipment deliveries. *Requirements & Skills:** Experience in Outside Sales. * Experience in sales within the automotive industry calling on garages and maintenance facilities. * Experience in a technical role in the automotive industry is a plus. * Demonstrated success in sales of garage equipment, and familiarity with technical elements of lifts and wheel servicing equipment. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of conveying technical concepts clearly. * Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CDK software for sales tracking, CRM, and reporting. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record required, with trailer towing capability for equipment transportation and on-site demonstrations. * Maintaining a clean driver's abstract. * Class 3 license preferred for enhanced proficiency in handling heavy-duty vehicles and lift industry equipment. *Related Physical, & Safety Requirements:** Extensive travel within the designated sales territory, including occasional overnight stays to meet with clients or prospects, can be anticipated for this role. * Proficiency loading, securing, and offloading equipment, including conducting demonstrations, and operational training. * Open to learning how to perform installations and maintenance services. * Capacity to independently lift, carry, and maneuver sales materials and lift parts up to 70 pounds, and push/pull up to 150 pounds. * Electronic Logging Device (ELD) use is required. * Adherence to safety policies and protocols, including customer site requirements. * Proper maintenance and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). *Employment Type & Compensation:** $60,000 per year base salary * Substantial commission on equipment sold * Employment within a recession proof industry * Dental Care * Disability Insurance * Extended Health Care * Life Insurance * RRSP Contribution and Matching Program * Company laptop, phone, and vehicle to use for company purposes * Business related expenses and fuel to be covered * Working Monday to Friday (8:00 – 4:30)*About us:* For over twenty-five years, Westvac Industrial Ltd. has established itself as a leader in the municipal and industrial equipment industry.
