The District Field Manager will manage a group of employees while they work in the field. They are responsible for overseeing a range of day-to-day operations, covering both in-house staff and contractors alike, while their influence extends beyond the worksite. Field Managers may coordinate a team by scheduling travel, arranging employee-client meetings, and managing the fleet of company vehicles needed on-site. The Field Manager will also recruit employees and associated on-field personnel while arranging or confirming the necessary training before they commence work. Furthermore, the Field Manager will be responsible for monitoring employee performance levels and, where required, taking action to address poor performance. Field Managers must ensure that all policies and regulations are upheld at all times, providing a point of contact for all field operatives, employees, and clients. Essentially, the job is to maintain smooth operations on a daily basis for maximized efficiency and safety.Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- Several years of experience in business operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with standard business software, such as Microsoft Office
