Specialization : HUMAN RESOURCES Job description: Company Background Our well-established client, a multinational manufacturing company, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented candidate for the position of Senior Manager / Assistant Manager – Human Resources (Payroll) to be based in Johor Bahru.

- Support in the recruitment and selection activities to ensure timely hiring of qualified staff to fulfill current and projected manpower needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance HR capabilities within the company for the long term.
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal guidance.
- Support the implementation of new HR policies and procedures, HR projects, action plans, and programs as rolled out by HR Senior Manager/Manager.
- Responsible for ensuring the enforcement and control of 5s, safety, and environmental protection in the respective area.
- Ensure adherence to policies related to quality, corporate social responsibility (CSR), environment, energy, and occupational health and safety through active participation as a Quality, Responsible Business Alliance, Environmental, and Occupational System team member.
- Process and prepare monthly payroll in a timely manner to ensure accuracy in accordance with the latest employment rules and regulations.
- Prepare and check the related documents and payment of statutory deductions to be submitted to the relevant government bodies within the stipulated time.
- Monitor and manage all benefits provided to employees as part of their employment with the company, including medical insurance, personal accident insurance, and staff welfare.
- Ensure that all personnel files in both paper and electronic formats are updated in a timely manner, maintaining confidentiality and security of data at all times.
- Assist in HR AHOD projects as requested from time to time.
- Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Human Resources and/or relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Familiarity with HR software applications (e.g., Payroll, Leave management) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Well-versed in related regulations and laws, e.g., IRB, EPF, SOCSO, etc.
