Having won many awards in the industry, our brand has continued to push boundaries in both the beauty and arts industries, we are looking forward to bringing the latest and greatest in top-of-line grooming services to Saudi Arabia.Objective:The Nail Artist represents the brand's style, mission and philosophy and is always on the lookout for new trends, products and services to introduce to the team. You should be someone who has excellent communication skills and is really passionate about fashion, music, art, new products and nails!Be committed to deliver the set revenue targets by management on a weekly and monthly basis. Perform professional nail services and therapies to effectively satisfy the guests of the Salon as well as showing willingness to train in any new skills and techniques offered by the company.Key Responsibilities:To perform nail therapies in accordance to the Salon's nail services SOPs.Recommend clients appropriate homecare products during each service session.To strive to achieve individual revenue target and set goals.To take responsibility in building a clientele on a regular basis.To assist fellow members of the team in their work and show support.To attend events outside of the Brand in order to promote the brand externally.Taking proper care of the tools and equipment.Maintaining adequate inventory level and assisting in product ordering process by checking existing products.To adhere to the standards of sterilization and sanitation as routed by the Salon and Municipality.Ensure working areas are kept clean and all equipment and products are used with care.To attend all internal and external trainings of products and services.General Requirements:High energy and flexible, friendly and approachable to clients and staff all the time.Personality fit with the Brand's DNA, style and spirit.To utilise working hours productively.To assist fellow members of the team in their work and show support.To attend and be committed towards training and progression within the brand.To apply professionalism and a high level of customer service at all times.Delivering results within a highly motivated and fast-paced environment.To understand and adhere to company POLICIES & PROCEDURES and SOPs. Review periodically and ensure compliance.Minimum Work Experience Required:One (1) year salon experience in an international standard salon.Technical Skills Required:All nail services including manicure, pedicure, cutting, shaping nails, filing/cuticle work, applying polish and gel.Ability to perform nail extensions an advantage.
